This recipe uses Aleluya’s Honey mustard (strong taste) and Aleluya’s Honey ketchup
Elaboration
Crush garlic and parsley, and mix them with the minced beef. Add salt and pepper to taste and the Honey mustard (strong taste) to give it more flavor.
Knead the mixture until everything is well integrated. Form the hamburgers.
In a griddle coated with olive oil, cook the hamburgers on both sides. Once turned over, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each. On the same griddle, brown bacon slices until crispy. Add one grilled egg for each hamburger.
To assemble the dish, put the Honey ketchup on the bun, then the lettuce, a hamburger, some crispy bacon and an egg in the order you like.
They are ideal to be served with French fries and plenty of Honey ketchup.
