Pork small steaks

This recipe uses Aleluya sauce’s Honey mustard (strong/mild taste)

Elaboration
Marinate the small steaks with Honey mustard (strong/mild taste) and salt. Sear them on a hot griddle with two cloves of crushed garlic and two sprigs of rosemary until obtaining the desired doneness.
