Ribs with Honey barbecue

This recipe uses Aleluya sauce’s Honey barbecue
Elaboration
Blanch the ribs in boiling water with 1 onion, bay leaf, salt and peppercorns for 45 minutes.
Cool and grill them over medium heat, brush them with Honey barbecue on both sides and cook them until golden brown.
Serve them with chopped greens and lemon wedges.
For the garnish: wrap onions and sweet potatoes in an aluminum foil and place them on the coals. Once tender, cut the sweet potatoes in half and serve them with olive oil, salt and pepper. On the grill, also put blanched corn and jalapeños until they are grilled.
For the sauce, chop the onions that were in the coals and mix them with Honey barbecue until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.

- 4 blanched corn
- 12 jalapeños
